Just wanted to throw a shout out to BiteHarder for their customer service which has become a lost art for most companies. I called spoke with Glen about an issue I had on my helmet safety light (which by the way should be a standard on helmets, these things are awesome) and not only did they acknowledge the issue but are sending all new lights even though I only have issues with one of mine. I will send them all my business when ever I can and highly recommend them to you all as well!!

These lights are AMAZING!

These lights are AMAZING! 200 lumens didn't seem bright enough but decided to try them on hers and my helmets. I let her drive ahead on the straights Trail 3 North to Copper Harbor and WOW! Lost her tail light in the snow dust but her bright pink light was visible for a good +150 yards. Out on Lake Gogebic, night visibility is a good mile. EXCELLENT for rider identification. Gonna order two more.

Outstanding product and customer service!!!

Many comments from fellow riders about increased visibility while in heavy snow dust or snowfalls. Had an issue with red 3M tape sticking on half of light. Contacted Glenn who send out a new one. Outstanding product and customer service!!!

I made and inquiry about this product through the website. The next day, I received a call from the owner of the company! He answered my question and furthermore went on to discuss how I use the sharpening tool. He gave me some good points to follow (of course, all were in the instructions) and explained how/why following them will lengthen the life of my sharpening tool and keep it effective at sharpening as long as possible. Two thumbs up to these folks, great to work with!!!

Easy to install and look great!

I love these lights. I got blue for myself and pink for my wife and the others that we ride with ordered some the next day. They got different colors so we can see who is who while on the trails. They were very easy to install and they look great both during the day and the night. It makes it much easier for those behind us to see us through the woods even if we are around the corner. Great product at a reasonable price.

I just ordered 3 more sets for our other machines.

I purchased a set of these back in 2017/2018 for my 2016 Ski-doo Enduro 600. I forgot about them in a box with my other snowmobile stuff. Installed them this past weekend and my son said there was a noticeable improvement in handling while riding the 12″-14″ moguls this weekend 2/26/2022 in the Upper Peninsula. It took the sharpness out of the hit while riding 40mph along the north trail from Paradise to Pine stump Junction. I just ordered 3 more sets for our other machines.

So outstanding, I can hardly believe it.

I just wanted to give you a proper ‘thank you’ for the snowmobile helmet safety light. That thing is so outstanding, I can hardly believe it. Even during the day, on a dry and dusty trail, that helmet light is easy to see. Of my group, I was the only person with one this past weekend and everybody wanted to by the rider behind me! I have ordered a few more, just to keep in my helmet bag so I have them handy for other group riders. Great product. Everyone loved it.
