Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to love your BiteHarder products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Digital products or downloads
- Any customized or special-order items
3. Return Process

- Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product (following the return policy above) and place a new order for the item you want.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider.
