Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you if there will be any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations & International Orders
- We ship within the United States and to international destinations.
- Customs, duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international shipments, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other reputable services depending on the destination and shipping speed selected.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.

5. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number and link via email.
- If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at [email protected] or call 603-722-8968.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll initiate a carrier investigation and help you locate or replace it.
- For damaged shipments, retain all packaging materials and take photos. Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number, so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update the address—but once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact customer support promptly if you wish to cancel.
- Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; standard return/refund policies will apply.
